Earth.. news from Perth.. Perth is pleasantly cool.. juxtaposing it to Malaysia.. it is much more cooler and colder (way colder, winter is closing in).. and the people are nicer.. we went to the wildlife park today and got the chance to see and even pet the kangaroo and the (smelly) koala..
and know what.. just got back from watching sex and the city.. the movie had just opened 4th June here.. so we are a bit lucky to catch it.. and even better the tickets were paid by Yuyu.. we planned to watch the movie at 9.30pm.. but we kinda finished the dinner (we had nando's) early so we headed out to Innaloo and try to catch the 8.30 show.. and we did managed to catch it, only to get seats second row from the screen.. the best penultimate tickets that we can get, or else we have to wait for another an hour.. well as what the people always says, the closer the better aite..
the movie was extremely nice and of course, nothing was being censored.. i think Eput really enjoyed the saucy and spicy scenes (which were a LOT!).. through out the show, we laughed, we cried (i almost cried, but Yuyu and Eput surely had watery eyes) Samantha's neighbour is surely a pornstar (he must be, he has to be).. in all, we managed to get carried away!! NICE MOVIE! hahaha.. corny.. we watch sex in the city in Perth.. and most importantly, uncensored! ciao.. more updates later..

Me was in Korea..
Family vacation and truthfully I only spend money on shopping spree and not the whole flight and acco. Those two were on my parents. My money for this year has been budgeted and put aside for something else. Korea was not in the picture this year. It was much unexpected. So it makes sense that I didn't have to fork out much from the bank.
I was not really looking forward to it. I didn’t even Google Korea. My bag from KK trip was not even unpacked yet when I realised that I’ve to pack again for Korea. So I did not expect anything fun out of it.
There, I was only able to say four sentences which I hoped the Koreans do understand:-
- which is anyong haseyo (which is halo),
- kamsa hamida (which means thank you),
- olmayeyo (which means how much is this?) and
- gakkak juseyo (can i getdiscounts?).
I am not even sure the phrases means. But I think it has a meaning some sort like what I was made to understand. Asking for discounts is crucial as shopping in Korea can be quite expensive. Roughly, 1000won is equal to 1 USD = RM3. Whenever we went shopping, I will straight ask olmayeyo? (and the salesperson had not even have the chance to say the price), I’ve popped out next question, gakkak juseyo? And the (the salesperson) will look at me weirdly. Well, I know he knows what I meant, coz in the end, he just smiled and laughed it off. But I managed to shop a few things. Can you believe that? I only change RM600 to Won. Sangat Berjimat okie..Huha..
But it turned out that the trip was a good one. I was gobsmacked!
It was fun.. though Kimchi was not.. nway.. kamsa hamnida! (haha I am so not good in Korean, very limited vocabulary)
